Our services include providing fully qualified RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certified bar staff to ensure safe and professional beverage service. Additionally, we bring a fully equipped mobile bar to your event, complete with fridges, ice, glassware, and all the necessary equipment to serve delicious drinks to you and your guests.
No, Wunderbar does not sell or provide alcohol for events.
To comply with Liquor Laws, we are unable to supply alcohol directly. However, we assist our clients by offering a guide on approximate quantities needed and can coordinate a liquor order on your behalf, if required.
We recommend purchasing your alcohol from a larger retailer, as they typically offer excellent return policies that may benefit your event planning.

We serve a wide range of drinks to cater to all preferences, including cocktails, beer, and wine. Additionally, we provide non-alcoholic options such as mocktails, coffee, tea, and various other non-alcoholic beverages. Our goal is to ensure that every guest at your event has a drink they enjoy, and we work closely with you to tailor the beverage menu to your specific needs and preferences.
To ensure a smooth setup and operation, we arrive at least 2 to 3 hours before the start of your event. This allows us ample time to set up and have your drinks prepped and ready from the moment your guests arrive.
For optimal service, we require that our setup location is easily accessible, spacious, and on level ground. Additionally, our team will handle both setup and pack down efficiently. By meeting these requirements, you help us deliver the seamless experience that Wunderbar is known for.
We take extreme pride in only using the freshest ingredients when preparing your cocktails. This commitment ensures that every drink we serve not only tastes delicious but also leaves a lasting impression on your guests.

If your event is located outside these primary service areas, don’t worry—we’re happy to bring the Wunderbar magic to you! Please note that a travel fee may apply and will be included in the event proposal to accommodate the extra distance.

To secure your event date and booking, we require a 30% non-refundable deposit. This deposit ensures that your event date is reserved exclusively for you and allows us to begin finalising all the crucial details.
Additionally, we do not offer a cancellation policy due to wet weather, so it's essential to plan accordingly.

Yes, Wunderbar requires a 10amp power supply to run efficiently at your event.
We provide the necessary extension leads to ensure a smooth setup. If your event site does not have a power supply, we can provide a generator at an additional cost.
In addition, Wunderbar is equipped with an ice-fridge and a commercial glass washer, both of which require access to water. If your site does not have accessible water, please let us know in advance so we can make necessary arrangements.
